Grandpa Gary Visit

Grandpa Gary came to visit and it was so much fun. We went for a walk around the lake and Aaron chased after birds and dogs. The ducks followed us for 20 minutes around the entire lake waiting for us to feed them. We weren't prepared with food. Aaron said "quack quack" to them. Grandpa Gary babysat Aaron while I ran errands. They skyped with Grandma Cindy and Aaron enjoyed that. Grandpa Gary even went to the doctor and experienced Aaron's first class treatment at the pediatrician. We do not wait in the waiting room. The receptionist opens the front door for us and then the office door and takes us back to a room immediately. He is well known by the office and they treat him well.

Happy Valentine's Day

Today we celebrated because Michael leaves town tomorrow. Mommy cooked chicken linguine, Daddy filled the cars up with coolant and Aaron practices his stunt devil routine.

Granny Carol was not supposed to leave

What a day for Granny Carol. The day started by waking up at 4am to dress and leave for the airport. We were sad to see her go. Michael was the sweet son that he is and took her all the way to the gate and waited for her flight to leave. She flew from Orlando to Miami with no problems. Then... her plane in Miami had mechanical trouble. She had to wait an hour and switch gates to then board a second plane. Once ready for take off, the flight attendants couldn't shut the door and once again all the passengers deplaned. Currently she is on a third plane hoping to get back to Trinidad. I told her she is meant to stay here with us. We miss her so much already. What a blessing she has been all these months for us.

Bumps and bruises

We went for a walk and Aaron ran and fell on his head :( He cried and got over it. Then started running again. When he got home he put on his new scarf Grandma Cindy made and was feeling all better again.
